About Us

Celebrity Baggage is a new and exciting celebrity inspired online auction of bags (e.g. handbags, guitar cases, hockey bags etc.) signed by some of Canada’s most talented music, television, sports, business and radio personalities.  All proceeds from the auction will go directly to MDAO programs and services for individuals and families affected by mood disorders.  Celebrities participating in the 2010 Celebrity Baggage auction include: Amy Sky, Anne Murray, Blue Rodeo, Harry Rosen, Jully Black, Mike MacDonald, Pamela Wallin, Paul Coffey, Rick Mercer, Shelagh Rogers and the cast and crew of The Sound of Music (Toronto). The auction will run from February 7th to 17th, 2010.

Mood Disorders Association of Ontario (MDAO) is a not-for-profit, self-help charitable organization that works with its members, volunteers, other mental health groups, and mental health professionals to improve the quality of life for individuals and families who face the challenges of living with a mood disorder. In an overburdened health care system, we are often the only support for thousands of individuals and families who are struggling to find their way back from the darkness, despair and hopelessness of a mood disorder.
